If you’re moving through change, tending something new, or feeling the need to slow down and reconnect to yourself, meet Sula and Moon.

Based in Wicklow Town, Ella offers holistic, compassionate support for people at the many thresholds of life — from holistic birth support to compassionate end of life care, and the many quiet transformative moments inbetween.

As a certified birth doula and member of the Doula Association of Ireland, Ella provides practical, emotional, and non-judgemental support for women and their partners through pregnancy, labour, and postpartum. She also offers private, bespoke childbirth preparation sessions. Each one tailored to you and your needs and designed to empower women and birth teams to feel informed, aligned, and supported.

Through Sula and Moon end-of-life care, Ella provides gentle, grounded support for the final chapter of life. This deeply sacred work includes bedside vigils, guidance around planning and final wishes, legacy work, and holding space for meaningful goodbyes. Support can be one-off or ongoing, always shaped around your needs.

I also host Seasonal Attunement Workshops — weaving the ancient rhythms of nature and self. Across six sessions through the year, we gather in circle to honour each season with simple ritual, connection, and crafting beautiful organic products for you to take home. These joyful three-hour spaces invite you to realign with your natural rhythms — returning to a sense of ease, authenticity, and flow.
