aving first opened its doors back in November, the Lifting Legends on Kimberley Road is finally ready for its big hello.

A chance for the good people of Greystones and beyond to see what Ireland’s first neurodivergent fitness centre for kids is all about.

Founder Eoin Murphy believes that every child deserves a place where they can move, play and feel proud of their progress, and his EMF Lifting And Laughing team bring a decade’s worth of experience when it comes to supporting children and teens with differing needs through adapted fitness, therapy and fun.

And they’ve created Ireland’s first neurodivergent fitness centre right here in Greystones.

Ahead of their Open Day on Friday, April 10th at 9.15am, here’s the spiel…

Families across Ireland have already seen children transform, growing stronger, more independent and more confident than ever. Now, for the very first time, we’re bringing this unique approach to Greystones, Co. Wicklow.

We specialise in working with children and teens with differing needs such as:

⦿ Cerebral Palsy

⦿ Dyspraxia

⦿ Spina Bifida

⦿ Sensory differences

⦿ Anxiety

⦿ And other differing needs

More than a fitness centre, we are a safe, inclusive community where every child belongs.
