Time once again to enjoy The Good Life, as the artisan farmers’ market sets up its Christmas stalls at Fishers of Newtownmountkennedy on Thursdays December 9th and 16th, from 3.30pm to 8pm. Always worth a visit, the Signals Arts Centre have their daily Christmas market running all the way up to December 24th. Open from 10am to 5pm daily, this is a chance to grab some local arts and crafts and curiousities without breaking the piggy bank. Find ’em here.

Adding plenty of sparkle to our world every year, the Wicklow Christmas Indoor Market is happening at Leitrim Place from 10am to 7.30pm on December 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st (and now on into January). And sure, beyond the market they have Santa Express and an eco ice skating rink. BOOM!Â
A little closer to home, the Killruddery Christmas Market has it all, running from 10am to 5pm every Saturday and Sunday up to Christmas Day, plus Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd.
Or you can make a day out of it up at Belmont Demesne, with over 70 Irish designers at The Design House, gift cards, food trucks, bike trails and those lovely life-affirming walks up around The Little Sugarloaf. Open seven days a week…
