With their furry little friends packing Prosecco, K2 Alpacas up in sunny Newtown have planned out the perfect Valentine’s Day, from breakfast in Vick’s to a hike around the Guinness lake. Details right about here.

Love agus bargains are in the air at ReLoved on Hillside Road from 10am as they celebrate Galentine’s Day. There will be biscuits! There will be cake! There will be designer clothes a ridiculously cheap prices! There will also be a fancy raffle on the day, along with a loved up discount rail, with those attending being asked to wear pink, red or burgundy to celebrate love agus friendship. Boom!

And everyone loves a tart at Valentine’s. Especially one covered in chocolate. At Greystones Momma, they’re celebrating Valentine’s with 20% off their full-sized heart-shaped tarts. For Valentine’s Day, Sonny’s have two specials – a loved-up 3-course for just €29.50 or a star-crossed 2-course (starters and mains) for just €26.50. On the starters front, it’s mozzarella sticks, chicken wings or starter nachos, for the mains, it’s burger & fries, stone-baked pizza, burrito or chicken caesar salad, whilst dessert choices are chocolate brownie, hot fudge sundae or profiteroles. Very late to the party, there’s a Big Vegan Hike: Valentine’s Edition, greeting the sunrise with a 6.50am gathering on the big day at The Sugar Loaf followed by brunch in The Happy Pear. Organised by The Earthy Marketplace, tickets are €11.70, available here.

If you’re planning a cozy night in, make your Valentine’s Day go with a pop with the award-winning The Art Of Bubbles. Based in Kilmac, Arthur has a Valentine’s gift box, designed and handmade by the lad himself. Yours for just €34 – more details here.

At the multi-award-winning Daata, in 2024 they put together two special Valentine’s cocktails – The Peachy Keen with Bacardi, Cointreau, peach syrup, lime, Aquafaba and soda, whilst Pretty In Pink boasts Galliano, chocolate cream and raspberry liquer.
