ith the change in the weather triggering many an allergy, it’s good to see there’s always a helping hand around here when it comes to issues with tissues.

For Delgany’s Li Duggan, it’s all about finding the healthiest way to stay healthy, with her decades in medicine at hospitals both here and back in her native China.
