nce again reflecting a downturn in Greystones retail and restaurants, Renato and Chloe at Brew With A View have decided to make some changes.

So Brew With A View lives to serve another day.

Having started out on Bray Head before moving into a cosy corner of Greystones in December 2022, Brew With A View hit our ground running with buckets of yum, mugs of life-affirming coffee and even a space for local crafters.

Over the years, they’ve kept evolving, moving into ice cream (with a vengeance), sundaes and dog treats, the duo forever expanding that menu. Renato’s personal passion, pizza, joined the party earlier this year.

And now, as 2025 closes, it’s pizza that Brew With A View are going to concentrate on, releasing a statement in November about that change in their daily plans…

As many of you know, the hospitality industry continues to face rising costs, and the day-to-day expenses of running a business have made it increasingly difficult to keep our doors open.

In light of these challenges, we’ve had to make some tough decisions in order to adapt and continue doing what we love.

Starting Tuesday, November 18th, we will no longer be offering breakfast or toasties. This decision hasn’t been easy, but it’s a necessary step to ensure we can keep our business open and our team employed.

Moving forward, we’ll be focusing on what Renato does best — delicious sourdough pizza slices and pizzas, available Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 8pm.

Of course, we’ll still be serving our great coffee, cakes, and award-winning gelato and sorbet — the favourites you’ve all come to love.

This change has been a difficult one, but it’s driven by our passion to keep Brew alive. We pour our hearts into what we do, and we hope you’ll continue to support us as we take this next step.
