ust in case there was ever any doubt that Ciara’s Kitchen is making its mark on the culinary world, the Delgany cookery school got three major shout-outs this month.
Because that’s how Ms Fennessy breakfast rolls, baby.
Over in The Irish Times, it was all about those cooking appliances that you just can’t live without, such as Ciara’s Kenwood mini chopper. And her six-burner Smeg gas hob and sink with Quooker hot water tap. All sitting pretty on her 8sq m wine-spill-proof kitchen island that can comfortably sit 14 people.
And then there’s the ex-Pat who headed to sunny London to join Virgin Radio UK, Ryan Tubridy giving a mid-morning shout-out to Ciara and her magical kitchen ways last Wednesday. The Man Who Would Be Terry Wogan clearly keen not to forget his deep Irish roots. Where his bread is battered.
All in a day’s work for young Fennessy, of course, as she daily teaches the world how to sing for their home-cooked supper. You can check out the latest classes here.
