art of one of the most-loved families around here, Danny Hatton sadly passed on Friday, April 22nd after a long battle with cancer.

The fact that the man was part of four generations of Danny Hattons makes his passing early on in life all the most heartbreaking.

Danny Hatton Greystones
Danny Hatton of Greystones who passed away on Friday 22nd April 2022 after a battle bravely fought, surrounded by his heartbroken children Louise, Nicola and Daniel, and in the wonderful care of Wicklow Hospice.

Predeceased by his beautiful little girl Sarah. Adored grandad to Jessica, Dylan, Archer, Amber, Leo, Hunter, Fletcher and Cody. He will be sadly missed by his sons in law Stephen and Paul and daughter in law Amanda. He will be deeply missed by his parents Danny and Marie, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousin’s and a wide extended family.

Proud Captain of Greystones Golf Club 2022, Danny will be sorely missed by all the members including best friends Philip JB and Dave. He was a friend to so many and loved by all who knew him.

Danny will repose at the William Doyle Funeral Home, Kilcoole from 5pm until 7pm on Monday. Funeral arriving to the Holy Rosary Church, Greystones on Tuesday for funeral Mass at 12.30pm followed by a private family cremation. May he rest in peace. No flowers please.
