Let There Be Copperfish Light

If you’re looking for something a little different this Yuletide season, Delgany’s Eoin Shanley might just have the unique creation for you.

Setting up shop in Waverly, just across the road from The Happy Pear, Copperfish Lighting specialise in, hey, ‘storied lamps and lighting handmade from forgotten timber’.

Shiver me tinsel, that’s a crafty Christmas cracker if ever we heard one.

Open seven days a week, here’s the blurb…

From quiet country churches, silent docks and forgotten railway sleepers, our lighting begins with the unique textures of our salvaged wood. Coupling this storied wood with industrial materials and elegant retro bulbs we craft lighting collections for modern homes and spaces.

Each lamp is unique, the colour, grain and finish of the wood will vary from lamp to lamp. All our lamps are made by hand in our studio in Delgany, Co. Wicklow.

Noice. Daily opening hours are 11am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 6pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
