And it would appear one of the farmlands comes with around 276 free range cats.

The sale comprises of 19ac of agricultural land in one block with an asking price of €380,000 and a second 46.51ac site, set at €800,000. The latter holding comes with existing farm structures and the potential for planning. Both are situated in the Ballylusk area of Ashford.

The third is going to market is 20ac of Monduff land, presently in grass, and with an asking price of €400,000.
