Looks Who’s Set Up Home In Greystones…

reystones has had some famous residents over the years – Ronnie Drew, Dustin The Turkey, that kid who could fart Brazil’s national anthem – but they don’t come much bigger, or more famous, than Santa Ignatius Horatio Bartholomew Claus.

And good ol’ Saint Nick has taken up residence in Greystones for the next few days – right up to and including Christmas Eve, in fact. You’ll find him in his new home right beside The Happy Pear, in his own snug – and waterproof – castle. The reindeer are delighted – they’ve never seen so many different kinds of oats and seeds as they’ve found out back of the Pear kitchens.

Santa will be down on Greystones main street in his gleaming white grotto every day from 2.30pm to 4pm, or thereabouts. Depending on air traffic control.

And, naturally enough, it’s free.
