Building on the success of our 2024 event, Swim for Jigsaw returns on Sunday, September 14th in Bray.

Once again, we are proudly collaborating with Catalyst, Bray to bring a morning full of community, connection and craic, with lots of really fun, pre- swim activities, led out by some of the great people working and volunteering in the heart of our community.

And remember, we are technically not even asking you to ‘swim’ but rather to simply take ‘a dip’ in support of young people’s mental health and help raise vital funds for Jigsaw’s free therapy and support services for children and young people (aged 12-25) struggling with their mental health.

Just a small splash can make big waves for the right cause – so grab your wet suit, your togs, your goggles and your mates and join us for some fun with a really important cause at the heart of it.

And following this dip, we will all meet at Catalyst to strengthen our community connections and collectively help ‘rise the tide’ for youth mental health.
