here was much singing and dancing – and clapping – at St David’s tonight, as the crowd of proud parents and happy revellers succumbed to an evening of divine Madness.

With the pupils taking on the popular musical based around the hits of the mighty Camden ska band, hits such as Our House, Baggy Trousers and It Must Be Love had the school hoppin’.

But tonight was really all about the pupils, and their incredible work onstage bringing this story of an average Joe’s alternative lives being played out, a la Sliding Doors.

Perhaps it was the quality of the poptastic songs, or the heart-wrenching script, but, these St David’s kids went far above and beyond the call of school play duties.
They were all pretty darn amazing. Well, just about all.
