t’s pretty much the perfect way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon, especially with that social distance
thingy going on.

And there were a few lucky punters spread out across Kindlestown Park’s oversized green this evening, with their prizes stacked up neatly beside their deck chairs, but, for most people here, it wasn’t about the winning – it was about getting together and having de craic.
Just like we used to. Before that bastard social distance thingy.
A fortnightly occurrence, beyond the game and its prizes there was music pumping, snacks and liquid refreshments flowing, and even a top-class baton twirling display by the McDonald lass and her trusty sidekick.
A grand day back out.
