urrently on our big screens as lion king Clay Calloway in Sing 2, Bono has taken the time out to record a song for Charlie Bird’s upcoming fundraising climb.

Called Crazy Mountain, the song made its debut on The Ryan Turbidy Show on RTÉ Radio 1 this morning.
The show also featured the unveiling of Charlie’s new cloned voice, as he introduced the song.
Diagnosed with motor neuron disease last October, Ashford resident Charlie will be taking on Croagh Patrick on April 2nd to raise funds for both Pieta House and research into MND. And people are invited to join in on the fundraiser, climbing their own chosen mountain if Croagh Patrick is a little too off the map.
With young Bird describing Bono’s gift of a song to the campaign as “an outstanding gesture”, Crazy Mountain was posted on the Climb With Charlie social media immediately after its radio debut.
