Delgany Gets Its Christmas Tree

And the Horse you rode in on…

ard to say why Delgany hasn’t had a Christmas tree for 230 years (it says here), but the good news is, huzzah, it does now.

The bould Mark and Mary at The Horse & Hound are the proud owners of said tree, and are clearly not only chuffed about brightening up Christmas in the village, but excited agus delighted too.

Excited agus delighted enough to run a crazy little competition to celebrate – the mighty prize being a whopping great €100 voucher for their Bellevue Restaurant.

Where, M&M will be quick to tell you, the mildly famous H&H Sunday Roast is back on the menu.

Being over on Ye Olde Facebook, the competition would appear to be for the over-75s only, but these like & share and tag two friends are pretty darn easy to enter.
