We are looking for adult players of all levels, male and female to join our ranks! Whether you’re an experienced player or just starting your rugby journey, we have a place for you in our club.

Join us for exhilarating training sessions led by our passionate and dedicated coaches. Training sessions are designed to cater to players of all abilities, focusing on skill development, tactical play, and overall fitness. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a complete beginner, our welcoming and friendly atmosphere ensures everyone feels right at home.

⦿ Men’s Teams – Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting at 7.30pm
⦿ Women’s Teams – Monday & Wednesday evening from 8pm
