t all started off innocently enough…

Parents pulling together to raise funds for their kids’ school, St Patrick’s, at the Greystones Golf Club.

Nice buffet, chatty crowd, a silent auction to raise a few more schillings for the clearly-loved school…

And then, something kicked in. And kicked off. Big time.

Perhaps it was the good food, the sexy company, or the fine wine. Or maybe it was just the simple fact that here was a bunch of parents free from their little brats for the night.

What started out as witty banter and the occasional slice of gossip over a triple tipple turned into something approaching Fraggle Rock as the lights went down and the music went up.

Yep, the St Patrick’s National School PTA Annual Fundraiser 2016 was one hell of a night.

From the putting to the partying, a lot of money was raised, and quite a few eyebrows too.

Well done to hot mamas Eimear Caffrey and Maura Winston for pulling together such a wonderful night, and Sinead Worthington for getting so many fine sponsors on board.  

A big congratulations as well to the school’s principal, the lovely Ms Jackson, for nurturing such happy parents. Full gallery of 75 pics here.
