Tidy Towns Need You!

We’re big, big fans of Greystones Tidy Towns here at GG HQ – as, we’re pretty sure, is just about every Greystonian.

Even those who like to drop litter where’er they go must feel somewhat grateful that there’s someone out there willing to literally pick up after them.

Run by dedicated volunteers, as with all major undertakings, many hands make light work. And the Greystones Tidy Towns gang could do with a little help in keeping our town looking so darn beautiful. And somewhat litter-free.

If you feel you might just have a few hours to give for your community, you should pop along to the gang’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday, January 23rd at the Greystones Tennis Club.

And the young ‘uns can always get involved too, of course, as Junior Greystones Tidy Towns is unleashed upon the world. Your kid’s got that community spirit, right…?
